Mike LaBonte conducted the meeting.

Call for opens and IBIS related patent disclosures:

- None

Opens:

- Mike: No meeting next week due to election duty.
  - Next meeting will be Sep 16

ARs:

- Bob post bug 157 report
  - Done
- Bob send draft6 XLSX spreadsheet to Mike
  - No change, no need to send.
- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections
  - TBD
- Bob add comments to RAMP, SECT, WVFRM sections
  - Done
  - This went fairly quickly, about half an hour.
  - The RAMP section could use more work.
- Mike send Bob details about code using the -etc option.
  - Done
- Bob ask Atul about ibischk -etc option.
  - Waiting for input from Jon Powell.

IBISCHK -etc option:
- Bob: We might just enable all -etc checks permanently.
- Mike: We should first investigate why the checks were added in the first place.

AR: Mike search open forum minutes for info about IBISCHK -etc option.

IBISCHK message spreadsheet:
- Bob showed ramp_rev1.xlsx
- We reviewed source code for RAMP_ERR_11 and RAMP_ERR_12
  - RAMP_ERR_11 is issued when digits are found before and after alpha characters (eg. 4o9).
  - RAMP_ERR_12 is issued when there is no decodable number or a bad scaling factor.

AR: Bob send ramp_rev2.xlsx to Mike, with updates discussed
